How we use information submitted through the website and RFQ process.

Information we collect
When you contact us or submit an RFQ, we collect the contact, company, country, industry, manufacturing requirements and project description you provide. You may attach engineering files such as PDF, STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF or ZIP.
How we use it
We use this information to assess feasibility, prepare quotations, coordinate engineering questions and respond to your request. We do not publish attachments. RFQ records are stored in the Combition project database and attachments are kept in a private server directory for up to 90 days.
Storage and access
RFQ records and engineering files remain within the Combition website system. Sales notifications are sent through our configured business email service. Access is limited to authorized Combition personnel and attachment download links expire.
Analytics cookies
Optional Google Analytics cookies are disabled until you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Rejecting analytics does not affect site functionality or RFQ submission. You can change your choice below.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your submitted information by emailing info@combition.net. Please do not send passwords, payment information or other unrelated sensitive data through the RFQ form.
